June Bullet Journal Set Up

I was gifted this gorgeous Archer and Olive notebook for my birthday a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't not use it for my bullet journal this month. I've had my eye on their products for a while now, but to be honest they were a little out of my price range so I never took the plunge. Well, I have a pretty amazing husband who pays attention and surprised me with this beautiful notebook.

The first thing I will say is I got the planner, not the dotted notebook. Things have been crazy busy for me, so I wanted something that would be easier to set up, but allow me some room for creativity. I love that the monthly and weekly pages are already set up, so no more drawing straight lines! They leave room around the boarders for doodles and other fun things. What impressed me the most was the thickness of the paper! I was able to use watercolor on these pages without having to worry about ghosting, something that drives me crazy!

I went with something pretty basic this month just to try it out, and I think it came out pretty awesome.

I went with a simple floral pattern in green, with a little yellow flower accent. I really enjoy yellow and green together, and am glad I was able to use it for June. I continued the same pattern into the weekly layout, without the flower this time.

I think my favorite part about this notebook is the two dotted pages at the end of the month. I am not a big fan of adding too much to my bullet journal, but I do like keeping a track of my moods and anxiety and of course my daily habits. What is great about this notebook is that it gives me the option to add pages to the end of the month, without the stress of coming up with layouts for my weekly and monthly pages.

If you are looking for a new notebook, I would highly suggest this one. The paper is amazing, the design on the covers are beautiful, and the layouts are simple but still give you the option to get creative.

Until next month!
